1-3 days

  • Make sure out of town guests are all met by someone and make it to their lodging.

  • Pack an emergency kit to take with you to the ceremony (needle and thread, Advil, makeup, extra hoes, hairspray, bobby pins, etc.).

  • Get a manicure and a massage to calm down.

  • Get your gown pressed or steamed if necessary, check to see if your bridesmaids need their attire done as well.

  • Groom attends his final fitting.

  • Give caterer, decorator, family member, etc., all reception items such as place cards, menus, disposalie cameras, favors, etc.

  • Deliver gift baskets to hotel concierge.

  • Provide all professionals with an emergency number where they can reach you the day of the wedding.

  • Prearrange for rental returns.


    • Rehearsal

  • Bring unity candle, aisle runner, guest book and all other ceremony accessories.

  • Bring marriage license for officiant.

  • Bring wedding party gifts if you would like to present them at the rehearsal dinner and especially if they are to be worn during the ceremony.
