Secure tuxedos and men’s attire. Notify out of state groomsmen and male attendants of where to be measured for attire. Make it easy on them and send them a card with the information of your tuxedo shop.
Purchase your wedding bands and have them engraved.
Visit your doctor and receive your immunizations for your honeymoon.
Make sure out of town guests have lodging by reserving a liock of rooms at a local hotel. Most hotels will offer a discount when many rooms are booked. Send this information in your wedding invitation. Also consider having a welcome gift waiting for out of town guests in their hotel rooms.
Create a wedding day plan/schedule. Will you and your bridesmaids have stayed at the same place, how will your get together for hair and makeup, what duties need to be assigned?
Select a calligrapher.
Confirm menus with the caterer.
Buy a wedding guest book or look into a wedding accessories collection that includes a guest book, garter, champagne flutes, etc.
Set up the rehearsal date and time with officiant.
Confirm and finalize florist, caterer, photographer, videographer, entertainment, reception hall, band, etc. If you have not yet met with them concerning your desires do it now.
Order wedding cake.

Mail your invitation.
Contact your local newspaper about wedding announcements to find out deadlines and requirements.
Purchase gifts for the wedding party, parents, and each other.
Consult hairstylist and makeup artist. Have them conduct a run through to make sure everything is correct.
Set up an appointment for your formal bridal portrait.
Go over must take photo with your photographer.
Meet with officiant about the ceremony.
Write your vows.
